Rhoda Webb is a graduate of Goldsmiths College and is a photographer and sculptor.

During her career, she has worked on a large number of public art commissions and her large-scale outdoor photographic installations can be seen in many locations in East London, including the approach to the ExCeL exhibition centre and in Stratford, close to where the London 2012 Olympics were held. She has taught in higher education, has run workshops for artists and also worked on various community-led projects. She has undertaken residencies in further and higher education establishments, and other locations. Her most recent residency was in a care home for the elderly where she produced work for an installation based on memory.
She has a studio in Ipswich and regularly exhibits.
